Here are the Star Guardian Lux Convention photos from Day 1 of World Line! When I arrived at the outdoor venue today, it was already 4 or 5 in the afternoon—definitely running late. It was windy and raining when I left home, and the temperature had plummeted. On the subway, I sat down and snapped a quick photo covering my face with my phone. Although the skirt and White stockings looked great, the cold wind forced me to bundle up tightly in my black coat. The long staff resting across my lap took up quite a bit of space, but it is an essential prop for heading out. When I finally reached the convention venue, staying outdoors was virtually impossible due to the weather, and the staff began clearing the area shortly after. It was truly a rushed convention experience.

After returning home, I took a full set of mirror selfies in front of the full-length mirror. As for the costume details, I feel I did a pretty decent job this time. Trimming and styling the pink twin-tail wig took quite a bit of time; to capture that original fluffy silhouette, I had to layer and thin out the ends extensively while carefully molding the curves. The large star on the chest has a satisfying thickness. The overall purple, pink, and white color palette paired with white gloves and boots visually elongates the legs. Wearing White stockings with tall boots created a flattering silhouette, though the boot shafts tended to slip down, requiring constant adjustment while walking. The prop staff is fairly long; while it has great texture, holding it up made my arms ache, and I had to be cautious not to bump into anything when framing shots.

For makeup, I applied shimmering duochrome eyeshadow to recreate that dreamy magical girl vibe, extended the eyeliner slightly, and chose a pinkish-purple lipstick. The overall cosplay achieved a high level of completion, yet there are still points I wish to improve. Arriving so late meant I barely had a chance to shoot at the outdoor sets, and combined with the miserable weather, moving around outdoors in this outfit was freezing—leaving me with a bit of regret. Next time, I plan to attend when the weather is warmer and set off much earlier to photograph every outdoor setting thoroughly. Even though today was a bit of an ordeal, bringing a beloved character to life as a veteran player brought immense satisfaction.
