Having put together this outfit, I've actually wanted to shoot a Cyberpunk-style photoset for a long time. It just so happened that this time the studio set up two completely different backdrops: one side with iron chains wrapped in a dark and cool style, and the other side a real-scene constructed gaming room. I directly got my fill of fun right then and there. Honestly, to express Silver Wolf's traits of being both a genius gamer and a bit of a tsundere, slightly rebellious character, just striking poses isn't enough; the facial expressions and the sense of control over the lens must be maximized.

Let's talk about the styling first. The grey hair wig with a blue tail is trimmed with distinct layers. The black bow with hollow polka dots on top of the head is paired with goggles—I really love the lens reflection of these goggles; when the blue-and-purple light source hits them, it carries a very high-tech, computational feel. The costume is a blue-and-black patchwork cropped midriff jacket, layered with a white T-shirt inside. The belt at the hem not only makes the waistline look better but also adds a touch of techwear style. I'm quite satisfied with the pairing on the lower half: a black short skirt with blue trim, combined with that leather leg ring and fishnet stockings, making the overall outfit beautifully fit that casual yet trendy arcade gamer vibe of the "Genius Society." The blue band-aid on the thigh counts as a little clever touch left by the stylist.

The shooting process was actually very interesting. For that set of shots with the iron chains, the props were genuinely heavy. The photographer had me hold the chains and pose with a bound or commanding look; although it was a bit exhausting for my hands, the resulting texture was indeed better than imagined. That red chair in the photo stands out prominently against the dark tones, giving the frame a visual focus. When switching to the gaming room scene, I relaxed completely. Sitting in the gaming chair holding up the "GAME OVER" neon sign, the moment I kicked my feet up, it felt as though I were truly a genius gamer taking a break after just finishing a high-difficulty match. The metallic fringe curtains and blue-and-purple LED light strips in the background of this photoset provided excellent fill light, thoroughly building up the cool-toned ambiance of our style.

Actually, in the process of restoring the character of Silver Wolf, I've been constantly pondering her personality. She is definitely not the type to please people unconditionally; instead, she is highly independent. That smug yet non-obnoxious feeling is quite hard to grasp. Therefore, during the shoot, I didn't deliberately smile sweetly, but mostly maintained a calm, even slightly scrutinizing and sharp gaze that treats the world like a game. The same goes for the movements—whether leaning against the desk with hands on my hips or half-kneeling on the floor holding the chains, they all needed to showcase that composure of being at ease and in control.

Of course, many fun things happened on the shooting set as well. The positioning of that gaming chair and computer desk truly took immense effort to adjust into that casual viewpoint of a lifestyle gaming vlogger. It is exceptionally fortunate to cooperate with a photography team that understands your styling concept; without me saying much, they could figure out exactly what kind of lighting and composition I wanted. When the final prints came out, the sense of pressure from the dark-toned studio set formed a beautiful contrast with the looseness of the gaming room set, feeling like both sides of this character were captured. From fitting to shooting and then to post-production, the team poured a great deal of heart into this work. Being able to materialize a beloved character before the lens brings an absolute sense of accomplishment, perfect for our Anime-style photography goals.
