The backlight on the first day of the convention was truly stunning. Shooting under such high-contrast lighting places high demands on the texture of the makeup and wig. The wig chosen was long, straight silver-white hair. To ensure that each strand of hair stood out clearly under the backlight, a lot of thought went into styling and fixing the white flowers and black horns on top of the head.

The entire costume uses a black Japanese style jacket as its base, combined with a large white plush shawl and lace gloves. The metal buckle on the purple waistband, the large plush tail behind, and the blue demon wings are all visual focus points. Under outdoor natural light, the white line textures on the black fabric show through clearly, showcasing the charm of this Japanese style cosplay.

To fit the theme of the Prefect, the movement design kept to an elegant and natural standing posture and looking back over the shoulder as much as possible. Especially when squatting down in picture 1, the layering of the entire skirt hem and tail unfolds completely, and the rim light from behind outlines the silhouette very dimensionally. The cuffs of the clothes feature a wide, draped design paired with black lace borders, bringing out a very elegant sense of fluidity during side turns and snapshots.

During the shoot, we deliberately chose the walkway on the periphery of the convention, utilizing the gray concrete floor and yellow drainage grates as a backdrop. Since the on-site crowd was quite chaotic, a wide aperture to blur the background effectively highlighted the subject while maintaining the authentic atmosphere of the convention. Regarding the makeup part, to correspond to the light purple pupils, the eyeshadow and eyeliner take a cool and sharp direction. Combined with the white wig, it makes the character look organized yet mysterious overall for this piece of Anime-style photography.

Most of the photos in this shoot relied directly on natural light without excessive use of filters in post-processing, simply wishing to preserve that raw, translucent feel. Sorting through Convention photos certainly takes time, but the texture and light-shadow matching presented in this set have already exceeded expectations. I hope these Convention photos allow everyone to see the different charms of this complex outfit when moving and at a standstill.
