I absolutely love the nuances of today's styling. Starting with the wig, I specifically chose long, sleek silver-white hair, pinning a petite bun atop the crown, accented prominently by that wave-like black crest at the forehead. Coupled with reddish-brown eyeshadow and crimson lips, the makeup leaned into a cool, alluring yet subtly exhausted corporate aesthetic. For the outfit, I picked a black-and-white pinstriped collared shirt worn slightly unbuttoned at the neck, layered under black suspender shorts, with an ID/CARD badge hanging around my neck to firmly ground the 'on-duty' persona. The lower half paired ultra-sheer Black stockings with pointed-toe stilettos; the subtle sheen of the stockings caught the cool studio lights vividly, with the red soles of the heels flashing into view as I walked.

The studio set was dressed as an office, furnished with a white desk, a swivel rolling chair, a laptop, and a desk landline. The ambient lighting embraced a cool cyan tone washing over the white desktop, balanced by overhead warm light to evoke the mood of late-night overtime or covert corporate operations. In the first shot, I sat in the chair with legs crossed, holding a pen in my right hand and a clipboard in my left while meeting the lens head-on, as if inspecting a colleague caught slacking off. In the second shot, I transitioned onto the edge of the desk, propping myself up with one hand while balancing the clipboard on my thighs—an angle that beautifully flattered leg lines and stocking texture. The third frame was far more laid-back: leaning deep into the backrest with both legs kicked up onto the desk and twirling a pair of glasses, the red soles of the heels facing straight toward the lens in the quintessential 'secretly unwinding while the boss is away' pose.

Expressing this cosplay centered heavily on command and presence. Yixuan carries a steady, subtly imposing composure, so I calibrated my gaze during shooting to maintain a solemn, poker-faced yet observant aura. Executing varied postures in an office chair while wearing this outfit tested core stability, especially the shot with legs raised onto the desk, where sustaining balance while keeping stocking contours fluid rather than rigid required deliberate control. Because stocking material responds sensitively to specular reflections, I had the photographer angle the lights so soft highlights fell directly across my calves and knees to carve out three-dimensional depth.

Regarding props, the pen and clipboard were intentionally selected—the pen gripped ready to sign documents at any moment, and the papers on the clipboard lightly distressed to add realistic grit. The typography and layout of the employee ID card mirrored standard corporate badges, instantly cementing the workplace vibe when worn across the chest. The heel height was chosen at a moderate height, balancing leg-lengthening proportions with physical comfort for walking and posing.

The entire shoot was tremendously engaging. Even without sweeping, dynamic actions, channeling the character's 'on-duty' mindset purely through intense eye contact and subtle shifts in posture was an exhilarating endeavor. Under cool lighting, skin and stocking textures can easily look harsh, so I prepped with thorough hydration before makeup and adjusted stances continually to sustain an organic balance of relaxed ease and poise. I hope this photo set delivers that crisp workplace ambiance of working diligently while harboring an unmistakable streak of individuality.
