【Momoka Hanyuu Haruka cosplay】Arknights Birthday celebration Photoshoot - Image 1

This Arknights Birthday celebration photoshoot is finally finished. Wearing this outfit for Momoka Hanyuu Haruka cosplay made me feel instantly lighthearted and cheerful.

The pink wig has a rich, vibrant color; the twin-tail styling paired with dark brown bows and signature pink blush makeup strives to recreate that lively, adorable vibe. The costume has rich layering: a reddish-brown plaid vest layered over a white shirt, with an eye-catching large dark red bow on the chest, while the golden chain at the waist adds a subtle metallic accent. The lower half features a dark green ruffled miniskirt paired with White stockings lace socks and deep green patent Mary Janes, a color palette that aligns wonderfully with the birthday theme. The crossbody heart-shaped bag was also carefully selected—brown leather with rivets that match the outfit perfectly.

The shooting venue's Merry-go-round was situated in an outdoor plaza, where the lighting had a soft, film-like quality. I sat sideways on a white carousel horse, holding the post with my right hand and gently resting my left leg over my right, doing my best to present a relaxed and elegant posture. During the shoot, balancing expression management and posture control was tricky, but the final outcome turned out fantastic. As Birthday celebration photos, I hope to pass along this joy.

Throughout the shooting process, photographer C-kun was exceptionally professional, continuously guiding my movements and capturing the light. The resulting photos have a wonderful atmosphere, with just the right amount of background bokeh to highlight the details of the character and the carousel horse. From styling coordination to location scouting, plenty of thought went into every aspect.

This Momoka Hanyuu Haruka cosplay met all my expectations, both in details and overall impact. This Arknights cosplay work was a truly satisfying creative endeavor. When preparing for this shoot, I specifically studied fabric textures and color coordination: the red plaid and green skirt form a distinct vintage contrast, while the golden chain glints subtly in the light, elevating the refinement of the look. The texture and lace frills of the White stockings are equally vital, connecting the skirt hem and shoes to make the visual transition of the lower half feel effortless and natural. During the shoot, the Merry-go-round prop inherently carried a fairytale charm, which, along with outdoor natural lighting and slightly grey-blue ground tones, prevented the palette from feeling monotonous.

To present my best condition, I adjusted my sleep schedule before the shoot to keep my skin looking fresh. Trimming and styling the pink wig also took time to ensure smooth hair strands and a neat shape. The placement of the bows had to be symmetrical and the collar smooth; every tiny detail impacted the final presentation. In composition, the photographer took into account the relationship between the subject and the background, keeping clutter out of the frame so focus remained squarely on the character.

This Birthday celebration series was more than just a simple photoshoot; it was an expression of the character. Bringing together costume, makeup, and setting to evoke a distinct atmosphere. Although the process was somewhat tiring—maintaining an upright sitting posture and sweet expression the entire time—the moment I saw the final shots, all the exhaustion vanished into thin air. The light, shadow, and colors captured that leisurely afternoon moment. I hope these photos bring everyone a touch of bright visual delight.
