The focus of this shoot was centered around this white Yukata patterned with pink and blue flowers. The wig is a light-blue bob with straight bangs; to recreate the visual eye-covering effect, I styled and supported the hair at the roots. For makeup, blue contact lenses and vibrant red lips were chosen to make facial features stand out clearly. As it was an indoor studio shoot, the white shoji doors in the background provided a wonderful warm yellow ambiance. The first photo is a complete seated pose holding flower petals over my lap—this movement actually required maintaining shoulder posture so that the wide Yukata sleeves would drape naturally, revealing a hint of the leg line. The second photo is a half-body close-up slightly tilting up toward the camera. During shooting, the photographer used a shallow depth of field to blur out the cherry blossom branches in the background; to match this aesthetic mood, I deliberately slowed down my movements to fit the character's quiet serenity. As a Rem cosplayer, I pay close attention to these details—such as the positioning of the pink floral tassel hair accessories, the X hairpin, and the way the obi is tied—all to better capture the character's essence. On the day of the shoot, we spent considerable time adjusting the scattered petals to ensure a rich composition. Wearing this outfit made me feel completely immersed; this Japanese style scene always brings a distinct emotional experience. Cosplay is not just about wearing a costume, but more importantly about conveying personality traits through expressions and gestures, which is why I love cosplay. This set of photos presents a gentle mood, and I hope everyone can feel the care that went into preparing this styling. From the printed details of the costume to the cut of the hairstyle, I made repeated adjustments. Reviewing the raw photos, the soft, warm lighting paired with light blue hair was truly fitting, perfectly delivering the Yukata charm I envisioned.
