Opening with this iconic line perfectly introduces this set of convention photos taken at the Chengdu expo. Cosplaying Remilia this time, the overall outfit is dominated by wine red and off-white, embodying an exquisitely ornate, tiered dress aesthetic.

The entire outfit is packed with intricate details: the neckline and cuffs are richly lined with lace, while the chest features deep red satin ribbon bows, red rose ornaments, and draping pearl chains. The waist features a corset-cinched design paired with cascading ruffles. The skirt follows a high-low fishtail cut, with the outermost layer crafted from translucent sheer tulle that drapes with elegant weight as I walk. The headdress is a ruffled bonnet laden with lace and flanking pearl tassels. The wig was trimmed into a light blue bob, which took considerable effort to cut and set. The focus of the makeup rested on the eyeshadow, where reddish hues were used to accentuate the eye contours, paired with light-colored contact lenses to match the character's aura.

The black little devil wings on my back were the visual highlight of the styling, though walking through the convention hall was quite restrictive. The venue was packed with people, so I had to stay constantly alert to prevent the wings from snagging on passersby's bags. When capturing these convention shots, the photographer suggested utilizing the deep red long-handle parasol as much as possible. When fully opened, the parasol's canopy offered great visual tension, with ruffled trim along its edge harmonizing flawlessly with the outfit's color scheme. To keep the angle and posture of the parasol looking graceful, my wrist had to exert continuous effort, leaving my arm quite sore after several pose sequences. To prevent the red eyeshadow from smudging and the wig from getting ruffled by ambient drafts, I constantly touched up my makeup and applied hairspray during breaks.

To showcase the layered tiers of the skirt and the contours of the White stockings, I experimented with both standing and kneeling poses. For the kneeling shot, a white plush rug was spread out on the floor with a matching mini plush doll placed beside it to enhance interactive charm. The ambient lighting at the Chengdu convention was relatively complex with unstable overhead color temperatures, causing slight color casts in the raw frames; post-processing required substantial balancing of composition and white balance to ensure both low-angle upward and eye-level shots fully captured the silhouettes of the parasol and skirt. The White stockings paired with red Mary Jane shoes matched the style impeccably, though walking the convention all day definitely took a toll on my feet. During breaks, I met many fellow fans and exchanged tips on costume storage and wing-mounting techniques—invaluable hands-on knowledge for any cosplay enthusiast. With these convention photos compiled, the outfit is now ready for cleaning and storage, and it's time to start preparing my next look.
