This set features the finished photoshoot of Cinnamoroll Hatsune Miku with a ponytail, covering both full-body compositions and half-body close-ups. The overall concept was kept minimalist, utilizing an indoor studio setting and simple props to accentuate the textures of the outfit and the leg lines. Starting with the styling, the Miku-green ponytail wig took quite some effort: laying the wig horizontally on a stand, separating the outer layers and bangs, shaping the inward curl with a heat gun, and securing the tail to the side of the head while building volume at the roots to keep it from flattening against the scalp. Finished with the red square-hole hair clip, every detail was crafted for accuracy. For the makeup, a clean, fair base was applied, paired with deep blue contact lenses to complement the hair color, giving the eyes a bright sparkle in close-ups. Blush was applied slightly higher on the cheekbones to create that signature anime translucency. The outfit is the centerpiece: a sleeveless metallic silver top that reacts distinctively to lighting, appearing silver-gray in ambient light and gleaming bright white under studio lighting. A wide matte teal necktie in a matching shade provides contrast against the metallic shine. The sleeves are separate black patent leather printed with yellow retro pixel lettering; the high gloss of patent leather reflects studio light effortlessly. The bottom is a black pleated skirt accented with teal trim that harmonizes with the overall color palette. To accentuate the legs, I paired it with black over-the-knee socks and platform boots—the texture of the black stockings contours and elongates the leg lines cleanly. The shoot took place against a light indoor background with a black circular riser on the floor. Full-body shots were framed from a low angle to elongate the silhouette, posing sideways on slight tiptoes to extend the lines of the legs wrapped in black stockings. Half-body shots focused on facial expressions and accessories, adding a vintage metallic microphone and a Miku plushie on a chair in the background to enrich the frame. Maintaining balance on the round riser required steady core control, even with subtle movements, to keep the silhouette clean. In post-processing, adjustments were made to the saturation of the black and teal tones, boosting the contrast between the patent leather and stockings, gently softening skin texture, and preserving sharp light-and-shadow lines. Since the teal wig subtly shifted tone under varying light sources, excess color casts were corrected to retain a clean Miku green. Overall, the final visual presentation turned out very cohesive and satisfying.
