Picking up where we left off, I've organized the different set variations of this "Little Dove" theme. Before officially diving into the full set, what I really want to share first are a few personal reflections on this shoot. The shooting location was an outdoor night venue featuring classical Roman pillars, with a floor made of a mirror-reflective material resembling obsidian. During the shoot, this reflection created an incredibly deep and serene atmosphere for the entire frame. Especially when the cold blue night light hit the fragmented white pillars, it forged a sense of ruined mythology that perfectly matched the character's aura.

Regarding the actual outdoor wearing experience of this outfit, it was actually better than I anticipated. The overall cut features a short skirt paired with light, sheer light blue and white chiffon, offering a wonderful flow when walking. Although the upper body design is quite airy, relying on a neck tie and geometric hollowed-out shoulder decorations for support, it was paired with a black plush shawl that provided just the right amount of wind protection and warmth for a night shoot. Because the hair was styled with a black base and red highlights, the red ends naturally popped out under the cool ambient lighting, adding visual depth. The crisscross white ribbon bindings on the arms and calves were a bit tedious to adjust during the shoot, but combined with the glowing sphere in hand and the dove prop interaction, the resulting ceremonial feel was absolutely worth it.

The shooting process relied heavily on the coordination of Cosplay photography and lighting. This was especially true for the self-illuminating sphere; its high brightness easily caused uneven facial lighting or harsh reflections. We experimented with several angles and finally chose to pull the handheld sphere slightly closer to the body while using rim lighting to balance the facial shadows. The two white dove props were very lightweight. The close-up in Photo 4 holding the dove was meant to showcase this quiet interaction. To capture the most natural gaze during the shoot, the photographer and I communicated back and forth multiple times before selecting the shot with the most natural expression.

As for the final image featuring the massive Magic special effects for the light wings and halo, that was entirely realized through post-production compositing and lighting VFX. During the initial shoot, I also tried jumping and spinning poses, but for the raw footage, we ultimately selected a relatively stable standing posture. This way, after adding the wings and splashing water ripple effects in post, the character looks as if she is truly floating on the water's surface with wings unfurled. Designing and color grading this set of effects took considerable time. To match the original blue night atmosphere, the wings were given a semi-transparent blue-and-white gradient, while the circular light arc was a continuous effect matched to the character's center of gravity.

Coinciding with the Fan Content Festival, bringing this outfit to the venue was not just about the full photoshoot, but also a wonderful opportunity to communicate with everyone and experience the vitality of fan creation together. Many people mentioned the "Little Dove Harbinger Era," describing that calm yet slightly cold and compassionate state, which feels like an unexpected compliment to the aura of this outfit. Wrapping up the photo returns here feels like a proper conclusion. This attempt at a nighttime ruin theme, coupled with the enhancement of post-production effects, successfully translated my understanding of this character into imagery. I'm quite satisfied with the results of this shoot.
