This outdoor shoot was located in the suburbs of Hangzhou, completely avoiding the conventional spots around West Lake. The location offers a rare sense of openness, surrounded by vast green fields with rolling mountain ranges and scattered low houses in the distance, perfectly matching the mental image of a quiet town. Overhead, the cloud cover was thick and hanging low, right at dusk's blue hour; the cool-toned sea of clouds in the sky formed a delightful warm-cool contrast with my golden hair. This natural, desolate quietude enhanced the character's temperament far better than an artificial studio set.

Let's dive into the details of this costume. The jacket is a deep navy short military-style jacket with white piping lining the collar and cuffs, accented with small golden buttons for a sharp, crisp look. The cuffs feature a dramatic double-layered white ruffle with heavy, lush lace, giving the upper body a touch of soft, vintage elegance. Below is a voluminous white long skirt divided by dark vertical stripes that subtly accentuate the waistline. Although this long skirt completely covers the legs, its graceful drape lends a grand, atmospheric presence during actual movement.

As for accessories, the headpiece is the most visually striking element—a pair of large red bows with a subtle satin sheen that contrasts strongly against the dominant blue-and-white color palette. Black thin fabric gloves were worn to hold a white handkerchief, pinned with a delicate green brooch.
