The Traveler Lumine I cosplayed at this convention focuses on a casual and slightly 'cheeky' vibe. Everyone said this Traveler was way too cheeky, and looking at these two selfies myself, I agree—that languid yet playful state truly fits the character.

Actually, there are quite a lot of details in this outfit, and during early preparation I spent much effort on the wig and makeup. Styling a Blonde wig when cosplaying Lumine is a classic challenge; to maintain fluffiness without looking frizzy, spending time smoothing out the hair right on location took quite a while. Additionally, I chose amber-yellow contact lenses this time, emphasizing aegyo sal and a dropped lower eyelid in the eye makeup to highlight a nonchalant gaze. For lip color, a brick-red brown tone was selected, which anchors the overall light-toned outfit without appearing overly heavy.

The first photo was taken while resting inside the convention venue. Daytime light shone down through industrial metal trusses, casting rather harsh light for phone selfies. The styling in this photo mainly highlights the white scarf with blue patterns around the neck, whose geometric curved patterns are very striking, making character features instantly recognizable. To add a touch of agility, I wore an Animal ear hair accessory with white fluff and a light blue-and-white wing-like feather decoration. The semi-off-the-shoulder top design, combined with white armguards featuring light blue lines, gives the overall look a stronger airy feel. I gestured with my hand, index finger slightly raised, where the plain silver ring on my finger accented the overall styling nicely. I feel the overall composition is perfect for the lead image, displaying both the character's aura and upper-body design details.

As for the second photo, it was taken near closing time or during a relocation break on the same day. Since AC inside the convention venue was quite strong, and running around made it easy to catch a cold during rest, I added a heavy light-yellow jacket over my original inner layer. Unzipped, the collar revealed the inner white-and-blue pattern scarf, creating a starkly different casual feel. Taking off the animal ears this time, I replaced them with a blue-and-white flower hair accessory featuring yellow stamens; golden bangs and hair strands draped down smoothly, bringing a gentler, more relaxed touch compared to the boldness of the first photo. Lighting in this photo leaned warm, set against a slate-blue corrugated steel wall that created a unique solitary atmosphere when paired with the beige jacket.

Cosplaying is truly fun; it's not just about changing into outfits and wearing wigs, but more importantly, interacting with the camera using the character's personality in that specific environment. Although both photos are casual phone snaps without heavy lighting retouching, this authentic convention scene feeling and relaxed selfie style preserve the Traveler's wandering vibe along her journey. I feel that no matter the setting, as long as hair/makeup styling is on point and character expressions are mastered, photos can transmit that playful, cheeky essence intended.
