Preparations for this Robin • Summeretto look from Honkai: Star Rail took quite some time. To cultivate a seaside getaway ambiance, we chose an indoor studio set to simulate a beach environment. For the wig, I selected a light blue long braided style, accented at the crown with crescent moon and starfish hair accessories, alongside the tiny purple wings behind the head—effortlessly merging Robin's ethereal grace with the crisp freshness of summer.

The wardrobe is a halter-neck bikini in white and blue, printed with blue star motifs. The true highlight lies at the waist, where I crafted a decorative sash composed of sunflowers, white frangipani plumeria blossoms, and blue fabric to add rich dimension to the lower half. The crisscross white lace-up straps along the feet were deliberately chosen, as bare feet or strappy accents on the sand evoke an authentic resort vacation feel. In makeup, to complement the blue pupils, the eyeshadow utilized translucent blue hues, accented with star stickers on the cheeks to channel her lively, dreamy charm.

The shooting process was a blast. The first shot captures me seated on a wooden lounge chair holding two miniature cupcake props against a blue-and-white striped beach chair backdrop; bathed in bright light, the photographer guided me to convey enjoying afternoon tea, looking relaxed and carefree. For the second shot, I lay across a fabric backdrop shimmering like blue water waves, closing my eyes as if floating effortlessly atop the water. The scene was dressed with blue-and-white striped swim rings, pink inflatables, rubber yellow duckies, glass wine bottles, a black storage crate to weigh down the set fabric, and a lush cluster of blue floral props on the right.

The studio temperature was actually quite warm during the shoot, especially lying on the backdrop while having to maintain a relaxed expression—with eyes closed, I honestly felt like falling asleep at any second. Yet to portray Robin stepping away from stage spotlights to completely unwind on holiday, I mindfully channeled that state. I incorporated the small wand prop into my hands to enrich interactive dynamics. In the finished frames, the radiant lighting paired with the blue, white, and yellow palette achieved the crisp summer freshness we envisioned. Everyone proactively tweaked prop details throughout the shoot, and I fully immersed myself in the character's languid freedom on a summer retreat. I hope to bring this coordinate to a genuine beach in the future to capture an even more organic coastal allure.
