Subaru likes my lap pillow, right~ I finally got around to shooting Emilia's casual wear photoshoot this time. To restore EMT's gentle yet somewhat cool temperament, a lot of thought went into the early preparation. First, regarding the wig, silver-white long straight hair is actually very prone to looking fake, so I specially braided the top of the head to increase volume, leaving wispy bangs on both sides to flatter the face shape. The silver-to-purple gradient at the ends of the wig was also layered, allowing a hint of dreamy feeling to shine through in the sunlight. The elf ears cosplay props are made of soft silicone material with great fit, and won't hurt even after wearing for a long time, except that when applying makeup, one needs to carefully blend the edges naturally with the skin tone.

In terms of makeup, to match the light purple contact lenses, the eyeshadow used a low-saturation pink-purple series, with smudging focused on the outer corners of the eyes. The blush was applied relatively heavy and positioned slightly high, creating an innocent and cute atmosphere. The lipstick chose a dewy peach color, not flashy but very flattering to the complexion. The clothing details are very rich; the purple piping and buttons on the white tube top are all handmade. The detachable sleeves paired with purple lace ruffles are especially easy to slip off when posing, so I applied anti-slip glue to the inside of my shoulders in advance. The skirt is a multi-layered design, puffing out naturally when walking, with golden pattern decorations on the sides. What I am most satisfied with is this pair of white over-the-knee stockings; the purple stripes on the sock cuffs perfectly echo the overall color scheme, and paired with the short skirt, it just manages to reveal a bit of absolute territory, visually elongating the leg proportions, which is also a little trick for this lap pillow perspective shoot.

The shooting venue was chosen in an indoor studio decorated with pink-and-white artificial flowers, white arches, and carved columns. The ambient light is very bright, and although the white blanket looks nice, it is particularly prone to adsorbing fallen flower petals and dust, so after a few shots, I had to roll it with a lint roller. The action design this time revolves around the lap pillow and flower props. To ensure that the leg lines look good in the photos, I tried several sitting postures. For example, the crossed legs in the first picture, matched with a slight turn of the body, relaxed shoulders, and holding a flower prop in hand, can both slightly cover the flesh on the arms and concentrate the visual center on the chest and legs. When shooting the second one, I lowered my head slightly, pretending to look at the flower in my hand, and that quiet atmospheric feeling instantly came through.

Actually, maintaining this sitting posture all along during the shoot is quite tiring, especially requiring strength in the knees and calves, while still having to maintain a relaxed expression. The photographer kept guiding me, asking me to soften my gaze and imagine Subaru right in front of me. This feeling of getting into character is very interesting, making it feel like I'm truly interacting with someone outside the screen. In the middle of the shoot, we stopped several times to adjust the skirt layers and slipping sleeves. I was also constantly adjusting my breathing, trying to present a sense of effortless relaxation rather than a rigidly forced, stiff pose. Behind every finished photo are actually many micro-adjustments and attempts; from body language to the landing point of the gaze, I hope to showcase Emilia's most vivid side. What this whole set of photos wants to convey is a feeling of quiet companionship, and I hope everyone can feel the details of this costume and the heartfelt effort during the shoot.
