[Amiya cosplay] Arknights Harper's Bazaar Collaboration Try-On Haul

Today let's talk directly about the try-on experience of this Arknights Amiya Harper's Bazaar collaboration outfit. I received the costume before National Day; the overall texture is genuinely attractive, and having fewer accessories makes it remarkably convenient for convention roaming without lugging heaps of bags.

Since an all-white outfit against a plain white background felt rather bland, I decided to experiment with extra lighting. Without professional spotlights on hand, I had to manually light the shot with a handheld flashlight. While handling it took some effort, I'm quite satisfied with the moody light-and-shadow contrast in the final shots. The wig and rabbit-ear props haven't arrived yet, so for accuracy I had to photoshop a pair of ears on first; once all props arrive, I'll shoot a proper photoshoot set.

To support the gown's silhouette, I wore a 35cm heavy-duty petticoat, which created serious poof and showed off my legs in white stockings. Being on the shorter side, the dress would drag too clumsily without a petticoat, though the empire waist design does add a bit of visual bulk—a slight trade-off. The train on the skirt is somewhat long for convention floor walks, requiring extra caution while moving around to avoid being stepped on or tripping. I'd advise fellow cosplayers to lift the hem slightly when walking the floor.

Overall, the garment details are crafted well, and the layered pleating performs nicely under the light. Price-wise, if it were 100 to 150 yuan cheaper, I'd consider it exceptional value. For fans who love Amiya and appreciate this gothic dark aesthetic, it's quite suitable for convention wear.
