[Seia Yurizono cosplay] Summer Swimsuit in Blue Archive: Capturing Languid Sunlit Moments - Image 1

We captured this swimsuit set during the most radiant stretch of summer sunshine by the coast. Taking on the Summer swimsuit version of Seia Yurizono from Blue Archive required considerable preparation to faithfully channel her personality across authentic indoor and outdoor settings. The white one-piece swimsuit is unforgiving on body lines and prone to showing silhouettes under intense window backlighting, demanding meticulous tailoring and fitting checks beforehand. Her iconic oversized, plush yellow shoes look soft, yet internally they incorporate lightweight structural supports to retain their voluminous comic silhouette on camera. The animal ears and yellow hair ornaments were crafted from lightweight materials to ensure long-wearing comfort.

We utilized side-rim sunlight pouring through floor-to-ceiling windows as our primary light source, paired with reflectors to fill facial shadows for a high-key, luminous aesthetic. Posing seated in a rattan chair with legs elevated demanded strong core stability, tested across multiple camera angles to sculpt natural leg lines. Cultivating an effortless, nonchalant gaze brought out her relaxed, carefree demeanor. Balancing the harsh glare from sea and glass required continuous exposure adjustments, yet the ocean breeze lent an authentic vacation ease to the whole production. Post-processing kept skin textures and natural light gradations intact, bottling that lingering warmth in an unforgettable Blue Archive cosplay Beach photography project.
