When shooting this cosplay piece of Liberalio from Goddess of Victory, the focus was on recreating the lazy and mysterious atmosphere of the little jellyfish. The wig adopted a light purple gradient style, and by pairing it with black lace trim and bows, it visually captured the essence of the character instantly. This outfit comes from ClawClawBox. The hollowed-out lace patchwork on the upper body combined with a high-waist cut makes the entire body proportions look elongated, while the layered miniskirt and black stockings on the lower body display rich layers of light and shadow under different lighting.

For the studio setup, the scene was mainly constructed using a vintage suitcase and black tulle drapes. When sitting on the suitcase, I needed to maintain a good center of gravity while relaxing my shoulders to make the posture look more loose and natural. Only in this way, at the moment the shutter is pressed, can it better capture the character's casual and slightly rebellious temperament. When lying down to pose, the spreading of the skirt hem and the extension of the legs can create a sense of spatial extension—all completed and adjusted within a pre-determined zoned composition.

For a cosplayer, the charm of the character Liberalio lies not just in appearance, but more in body language and small details in front of the lens. During the shoot, the positions of the accessories were adjusted multiple times; for example, the neckline along the shoulder-neck line and the dangling ribbons heavily impacted the final photo results. The use of black tulle props added a sense of fluidity and fragmentation to the frame, giving the final prints more storytelling depth. The overall color tone of the shoot was also handled with low saturation to highlight the texture of the black lace and the delicate facial contours. The solid craftsmanship details of the costume provided plenty of room for creative expression during the shoot. With each shift in pose, it wasn't just pressing the shutter, but also communicating with the character itself.

For the makeup, I tried a rather cold eye look combined with a slender eyeliner. Complemented by the red irises, it preserved the character's recognizability without looking overly juvenile. Under different angles of lighting, this makeup style echoed beautifully with the black lace costume. Overall, during post-processing, this set mainly retained textures and crisp details without relying too much on blurring filters, striving to realistically restore skin texture and the translucency of the lace. Being able to constantly adjust my state during preparation and shooting, and seeing those delicate textures captured in the final prints, brings a true sense of accomplishment for this Dark style outfit and Anime-style photography journey.
