The core visual focus of this White jellyfish cosplay photoshoot lies in the high-gloss white suit. From costume tailoring to accessory details, every element strives to recreate the design feel from in-game scenes. The pink crisscross strap on the chest serves as the finishing touch, while the huge semi-transparent long sleeves extending from both arms require deliberate control over arc and tension during movement to achieve the visual effect shown in the photos—fluttering in the wind yet carrying a sense of gravity.

The shooting set was constructed with immense care. Behind me, a giant circular mechanical apparatus serves as the main ambient light source with a high-energy purple beam emanating from its center. Furthermore, the streaming green data light on the left screen and messy cables dangling from the mechanical body perfectly enhance the dilapidated yet futuristic sci-fi atmosphere of the setting. Regarding lighting in photography, to highlight this high-gloss suit material and facial expression, we used a wide aperture to blur background bokeh behind while using purple light to cast side-backlighting that outlines the silhouette.

In terms of pose design, I chose to sit on an industrial-style metal barrel, paired with slender silver support rods extending from the soles of my shoes to leave myself slightly suspended in the air. Simultaneously, my arms spread open naturally, letting the two sheer white sleeves drape completely down to display a quiet pose. The hardest part of wearing this gear was actually maintaining core balance—especially those two slender supports beneath the soles, which were hard to keep still on the smooth, rounded metal barrel surface. I had to rely on waist and leg core strength to stabilize my body, as slipping could happen with the slightest carelessness. Yet it is precisely this slightly tense posture that enhances the floating illusion of the overall figure, matching the character's unique nature.

Returning to the character herself, I chose to do a White jellyfish cosplay because her trait of drifting between machinery and mystery in the game story deeply attracted me. Looking purely at the white, pink, and blue color palette, it leans toward a cool, pure sense of technology. However, illuminated under large areas of purple light on set, the white reflective material intertwines into a hallucinatory, dangerous vibe unique to Cyberpunk photography. Before the camera, I deliberately kept my expression relaxed and calm, avoiding exaggerated emotional swings or dramatic body language, which instead made the character's quiet, distant atmosphere more three-dimensional.

Quite interestingly, the White pantyhose effect on the legs revealed a natural reflective texture under stage purple light, nicely outlining leg contours while echoing the blue-and-white mecha boots on my feet, allowing the visual focus to move naturally upward from toe tips. This composition and lighting effect was actually a carefully designed aspect of the cosplay plan. Instead of choosing an outdoor anime convention or a simple studio shoot, we specially built this heavy industrial set with circular plasma elements. Building this massive apparatus indeed took a lot of effort, but precisely because of such a venue and Sci-fi armor props, the White jellyfish character's aura gained a more fitting, concrete carrier.

Throughout the entire production process, to ensure realistic costume details, my friends and I adjusted the fabric choice for the bodysuit several times before settling on one that reflects light sources without overexposing. Head accessories and the neck choker were also restored as closely as possible. Often, successful cosplay is built on stacked small details. As a real-world reconstruction of game elements, this photo set serves as a concrete representation of the character's unique temperament.
