[Belle cosplay] Zenless Zone Zero Proxy Arcade Invitation: Feel the Cyberpunk Street Vibe

This time, the location for shooting Proxy Belle was set in an arcade. Unlike usual fresh outdoor locations, this cyberpunk-style venue filled with neon tubes and highly reflective floor surfaces feels naturally aligned with her identity as a Proxy.

Because the lighting was extremely complex—intertwining deep blue and magenta neon lights paired with high-reflectivity floor refractions—it tested on-site lighting skills. The photographer used a wide-angle lens extraordinarily well this time, capturing a strong sense of spatial perspective and tension. During the shoot, I could stay completely relaxed—leaning halfway inside a racing cabinet, or squatting beside a claw machine reaching out toward the lens. These interactive gestures brought the frame to life, far from rigid posing.

Outfit-wise, I picked a techwear jacket over a black T-shirt with bright orange accents, paired with short choppy blue hair and bright cyan contacts. I intentionally kept my gaze slightly spaced out to look more languid. A lanyard with a card holder, pixel-art wristband, and the red soda can in hand served as great props. To emphasize the character's street vibe, I avoided overly stylized anime poses, opting instead to hold a lollipop in my mouth, sip a drink, or rest my chin on one hand—maintaining a relaxed, wandering state that fits her rebellious personality even better.

The short skirt on the bottom paired with black over-the-knee socks and platform sneakers formed a neat Black tights outfit, which elongated leg proportions nicely without looking awkward under wide-angle lenses. The arcade machines boasted rich colors, where yellow, black, and red color blocks echoed my orange jacket. The process of producing this set went smoothly without unnecessary over-replication—simply placing the character into an environment that perfectly complements her disposition, capturing her own arcade daily life.
