The finished photos of this school style cosplay outfit for Nahida are finally out! We shot a refreshing set of studio photos using the studio's school desk props. Today I'd like to share in detail the concept behind this look and some shooting process details.

As for the costume, I chose a white-and-green color scheme as the main tone to fit the character's setting. To embody the features of the Dendro element, the Polo short-sleeved shirt I wore was printed with a cute bear logo, and the light green piping on the collar and cuffs created a lovely visual response with the green pinstripes on the white pleated skirt. The white tights on the lower half were a highlight of the look; I deliberately chose a matte, slightly opaque texture, which, paired with black shiny Mary Jane shoes, not only flattered the leg lines but also made the entire lower body look clean and neat.

The wig was styled into long white hair with a light green gradient at the ends, arranged into a fluffy twin-tail structure. The elf ears on the side of the head and the green flower hair ornaments with gold borders were rich in detail; the stylist spent a lot of effort fixing the accessories onto the wig to ensure perfect presentation from every camera angle. This hairstyle combined with the accessories completely maximized character recognition, and the overall head-to-body ratio looked very harmonious.

Regarding makeup, I pursued a clean and translucent texture. Light-coverage liquid foundation was used for the base, with emphasis placed on the eye makeup. To echo the character's eye color, I wore green contact lenses and chose low-saturation light green eyeshadow for blending, paired with natural eyeliner and slightly curled eyelashes to make the eyes look brighter. For the lips, a luminous light-toned lip gloss was chosen to maintain the overall fresh atmosphere.

The shooting venue was chosen to be a pure white photography studio, an environment that places costume, makeup, and prop details under strict scrutiny. For lighting, the photographer used softboxes for multi-angle illumination, striving to avoid harsh shadows and keep the light very gentle. What satisfied me most was the lighting treatment on the white tights—maintaining translucency without overexposure awkwardness. Meanwhile, studio lights from behind illuminated the hair rim light, giving the wig more depth and three-dimensionality.

Next, let's talk about pose arrangements during shooting. In the first picture, I chose to sit sideways on the edge of the school desk, resting my left hand casually on the chair back while lifting a green book above my head with my right hand, paired with a slightly tilted head gaze to create a relaxed and playful vibe as if blocking sunlight with a book during recess. This pose extends body lines nicely, especially highlighting the leg length wrapped in white tights. The second picture shifted to a lady-like sitting pose with legs crossed, hands placed naturally on the seat edge and knees, ankles slightly bent, with fingers lightly touching my black leather shoes. These two sitting poses—one dynamic and one serene—brought out different daily states during recess very well.

Regarding the character herself, as the Dendro Archon Nahida, she possesses both intellectual strength and child-like innocence. During the shoot, I tried to integrate this sense of contrast into this school style setting, hoping not only to present the character's cuteness, but also to radiate a touch of quietness and clever agility. Holding a book as a prop was also meant to enhance this academic and intellectual ambiance, giving the visuals a richer narrative feel.

Post-processing color grading for this photo set avoided exaggerated adjustments, mainly unifying white balance to maintain a cool, clear, and translucent texture with a hint of summer clarity. The entire shooting process went smoothly; the photographer was very patient in guiding poses and helping me find the best angles. It was a very comfortable creative experience, and I hope this outfit set with a campus feel brings everyone a unique sensation.
