During the shoot, a scene leaning toward dark Gothic style was deliberately chosen to materialize that blend of mystery and eeriness from Touhou Project's Oriental fantasy tone into real-world photography. Regarding this look, costume fabric selection and tailoring were indeed key to the final outcome. The main body is a peacock blue and black interwoven ruffled dress, covered with fine pleats; though slightly puffy when worn, it perfectly captures the character's flamboyant yet tsundere nature. The black lining, deep teal-green outer skirt, combined with fine silver-white chains, red drawstrings, and a cross pendant below the collar, allow the entire garment to showcase rich layering even in the dark.

The hairstyle and headpiece are the soul of this character. Vibrant red hair is styled into twin braided pigtails on both sides, while a pair of red plush beast ears on top of the head accurately defines the traits of a cat yokai. During shooting, the red hair and ears formed a sharp warm-versus-cool color contrast against the teal-green dress, standing out strikingly under dim lighting. On the lower body, the black Spider web stockings closely fit the legs, serving as an eye-catching highlight of the entire look. Paired with block-heeled red leather shoes featuring square buckles on my feet, it elongated body proportions while greatly elevating the overall completion of the look, with red shoes echoing the red hair and red drawstrings.

The set arrangement for this shoot was filled with a sense of ceremony. The photographer set up a specialized studio in a dimly lit space. Inside the large gold-framed mirror or picture frame in the background sat white skeleton models, flanked by artistically arranged skulls. Candles and golden candle holders glowed faintly on the tabletop, and there were even realistic spider webs in the corner. These dark style photography props, possessing a touch of horror, brought out the atmospheric depth of \"Guixu\" to the fullest, allowing me to instantly grasp the essence of the character while immersed in it.

The entire shooting process relied heavily on photographer @WuyuRuoye's control of light and shadow. The photography mainly utilized a combination of top lighting and side-backlighting; this lighting technique not only prevented the background from going pitch black, but also highlighted the sheer gauze fabric texture of the outfit. As light hit my face, my eyes appeared deeper at the intersection of light and shadow. In terms of poses, I not only tried lying beside tables and chairs to capture a lazy, mysterious aura, but also stood up for light twisting motions to create dynamics through the fluttering skirt. Especially in full-body shots, I deliberately adopted a slightly tilted pose with arms pulled inward, hoping to show the fire cat's agile yet elusive traits by the equinox flower shore.

To match the overall cool and alluring tone, I kept a cool white base makeup on that day, with eye and lip makeup remaining subtle so hair and costume remained the absolute visual focus. When portraying this character, beyond displaying the beauty of the styling, I also wanted to recreate her unique presence—playful yet carrying a touch of wicked charm. Set off by shadows and candlelight, the entire frame took on a cinematic quality, with a rich dark fairy tale atmosphere, making it a truly immersive cosplay experience.
