[Remielle cosplay] Entwined Sins: Behind-the-Scenes Showcase from Zenless Zone Zero

Sharing behind-the-scenes snaps of Remielle cosplay from Zenless Zone Zero. The core concept for this shoot centered on the theme of entwined sins; a backdrop of dark red brick paired with withered branches and black rose props helped establish an ominous, dark Gothic mood.

Even though these are candid behind-the-scenes previews, prepping the entire look was exceptionally intricate. The pink wig required precise curling, while the metallic star charms dangling at the hair tips had to be angled meticulously. The costume is rich in delicate design nuances—the black leather adheres closely to the silhouette, demanding constant adjustments to the chest cutouts and white collar. The most painstaking components were the sheer black mesh sleeves, leather harnesses, and the metallic star pendants hanging along the skirt hem; strapping everything in properly took considerable time. To flatter my silhouette, I had to be constantly mindful of core engagement to maintain an effortless, poised posture.

Sitting atop the black thorny throne for the shoot was a challenge—the edges were actually quite sharp, yet channeling the character's presence meant keeping my body relaxed. The studio lighting was tricky that day, utilizing heavy red atmospheric strobes. To highlight the fabric texture and bright pink hair, we added rim backlighting to let the leather gleam while keeping my face bright and clear, striking an intense color contrast that amplified the icy allure of the red-and-black palette.

For the cover image, I selected a full-body shot to show off the lower-body leg-ring harness and tiered skirt hem as completely as possible, since the soul of this outfit lies in pairing upper-body straps with the cutout skirt. While these are only early behind-the-scenes teasers with more angles and sets undergoing post-production, these frames already capture her dangerous, alluring magnetism.
