[Azur Lane Tashkent Cosplay] The Results Screen of the Winter Port Pop-Up

Here comes the results screen from the Azur Lane Winter flash mob event! Today, I finally organized the first batch from the massive collection of footage gathered. The location of this pop-up had an amazing winter ambiance: from the high-tech event stage LED screen in the first photo, to the cozy wooden lounge in the second, and even the dining area in the third photo where one could sit down and unwind, the full-day shooting experience felt remarkably complete.

When taking on the character of Tashkent, my primary focus was figuring out how to bring out the fluffy texture of her winter attire. The whitish-purple wig and light blue contact lenses formed the visual focal point; paired with the oversized animal ear headpiece trimmed in blue faux fur, the overall look achieved instant recognition. To keep warm against the venue's chill, I styled this white puffer-style jacket with a high plush collar layered over a sailor-style top, ensuring the visual silhouette looked neither thin nor bulky while attending the winter event.

In the lounge area, I ran into a fellow white-haired cosplayer. Her sailor uniform styling was exceptionally detailed, with a crown headpiece framework and blue-orange ribbons accented just right. We took the duo photo in Image 2 before the wooden shelving. Although the ambient light was quite mixed, the warm overhead lighting added a lovely touch of real-life warmth. Compared to heavily retouched solo portraits, these candid snapshots posing side by side carry the authentic joy of attending a convention.

Later, completely drained of energy, my companion and I wandered over to the dining area—where the pop-up's themed paper plates truly deserve a mention. The omurice graphic paired with the cartoon sailor-suit chibi in the third photo was delightfully cute and minimalist. Holding this unique merchandise for a casual snapshot instantly created a sense of total character immersion in the event, feeling far more grounded than many posed studio shoots.

For makeup, I deliberately chose a light lip gloss and low-saturation blush, keeping eye makeup elegant while using blue-purple eyeshadow to define contours. Combined with highly translucent contact lenses, my gaze stayed vivid even under the venue's strong lighting. For this wig, I began taming flyaways two weeks in advance, carefully refining the straight bangs and side layers. Even though I felt completely exhausted by the end of the day, reviewing these raw files on my laptop made every bit of fatigue worthwhile.

I met so many fellow enthusiasts at the pop-up who helped each other adjust collars and secure accessories; that supportive spirit unique to Anime cosplay gatherings is truly infectious. This shoot focused primarily on the winter look, leaving behind several character-specific props. When I have the chance to cosplay other skins of the same character in the future, I will definitely bring a richer gear setup.
