[The Shorekeeper cosplay] Deep sea watch in Wuthering Waves, that touch of cool ice blue

To restore that sense of tranquility and depth belonging to the deep sea of The Shorekeeper, a lot of thought truly went into the texture restoration of this costume. During the shooting process, I always pursued that "fluid like water" visual effect, especially the gradient color treatment at the hem of the skirt and the layering of translucent materials; the translucent feel of these details under the lens was very stunning. To embody her sense of detachment as a guardian, the layout of light and shadow became the core focus, requiring a perfect balance to be found between cool and gentle tones.

The polishing of many details, such as the exquisiteness of the accessories and the texture of the hairstyle, was all to better fit the character's identity. The arrangement of the shooting site was also very particular, with a massive amount of blue flowers and pure white backgrounds intertwining, aiming to create an ethereal and premium atmosphere, as if being inside the special space where the character is located. As an attempt regarding the "creation incentive," I hope to convey an inner sense of purity through this cosplay, rather than just an external costume restoration. In the micro-adjustments of every set of movements, I tried to capture and understand the inner world of this character—that is the watch belonging to the deep sea. That aesthetic sense under the interweaving of ice blue and pure white is precisely where the core charm of The Shorekeeper lies. The final photo effect is highly consistent with my expectations, and I hope everyone can feel that dreamlike deep-sea atmosphere in these photos.
