It took a long time to arrange Pinkie Pie's look today, especially the iconic pink curly hair and those scattered small blue hairclips—every detail had to be perfectly recreated. The wig used a lot of hair strands and red cloth strips to create that fluffy and casual feeling, and the blue drumsticks in my hands are also exclusively customized props. The white top with blue musical notes paired with a red-and-black plaid skirt, plus the pink fuzzy leg warmer on my left leg, creates a very sharp overall color contrast, delivering that energetic visual impact unique to Pinkie Pie.
When shooting this set of photos, I specially chose city lights as the background for this Night view cosplay. The blue tones of the neon lights and the red elements on me formed a great contrast of cool and warm, making the frame look more layered. Even though it was night, the lighting was sufficient, so the texture of the wig and the details of the clothes could be clearly presented. I've always felt that the charm of Pinkie Pie's character lies in her unconstrained sense of happiness, so I tried my best to capture that playful and agile state in my movements and expressions during this Cosplay photography session.
This time, I presented the character from My Little Pony in a way that leans more towards street fashion. While retaining the core characteristics of the character, it incorporates some design elements of daily outfits, hoping to let those who see it experience a different Pinkie Pie. Behind every cosplay work is careful contemplation and repeated adjustments of the character styling, and today's photo set serves as a great record of this dedication to Anime-style fashion.
