This maid outfit's color scheme selects the classic Hatsune Miku teal and pure white alternating, combined with large areas of ruffles and lace details, making the overall look highly lightweight and cute. Especially at the collar and apron sections, iconic elements of Hatsune Miku were intentionally preserved, but the everyday feel of a maid was integrated quite naturally, bringing out the distinct charm of Maid Miku.

The shooting venue this time was chosen in a highly atmospheric wooden kitchen in Chongqing. Right upon entering, I was drawn by the lighting here; natural light filtered in through the window screen, making the light exceptionally soft. To match the maid theme, I prepared some everyday props, such as bread, wooden spoons, and a mop for this kitchen photoshoot.

During the shoot, the photographer captured many moments that I find highly true-to-life. For instance, the shot holding the mop really looks like I am seriously cleaning up; the lens angled slightly upward to better display the proportions of the overall costume and person. There are also a few shots sitting on the cabinet countertop, where the sunlight beautifully hit the skirt hem and white over-the-knee socks, instantly maximizing the atmospheric vibe of light and shadow. Especially the ones eating bread—to capture that cozy and pleasant feeling, I intentionally let my mind drift slightly to truly immerse myself in the lazy morning atmosphere, playing with the props in hand.

In fact, this outfit has many intricate details—the collar on the neck, the pleats on the small apron, and the tightness of the white gloves—all of these were repeatedly adjusted to achieve a relatively satisfying result. Summer in Chongqing is very hot, and though the kitchen was somewhat stuffy and humid, seeing the final photos made me feel that all the effort was completely worth it.

Post-processing did not deliberately pursue any exaggerated filter effects; it mostly restored the texture of the wood and the natural transition of light. I think this realistic sense of home conversely highlights the character's inherently approachable temperament, which perfectly suits this VOCALOID icon. The shooting process was very pleasant, and the cooperation with the photographer was quite synchronized, basically finding the desired feeling right upon shooting. The combination of white over-the-knee socks and black Mary Jane leather shoes also added a bit of playfulness, keeping the overall styling from looking too monotonous through this anime-style photography session.
