Taking advantage of the weekend, I went to Fenglong Bay Fairy Tale Town and headed straight to the One Cloud Art Palace for the shoot. This building is as light and airy as a cloud, matching perfectly with Herta's magical girl style from Honkai: Star Rail this time. We chose five different camera positions for this session. First was the hall corridor, framing both the skirt hem and the staff, which created a strong sense of space. The low-angle perspective on the spiral staircase turned out beautifully—standing sideways while leaning on the staff made my entire silhouette look tall and slender. Another angle was leaning against the staircase handrail, which visually offered a greater sense of extension. My absolute favorite was the side shot by the French windows; natural light filtered through the window, adding a layer of soft light to the character and capturing the beautiful luster on the hair strands. Finally, sitting on the steps with the skirt spread out, paired with high-saturation post-processing, maxed out the atmosphere. The material details of this prop set are displayed very clearly through the lens, and the overall color uniformity is quite high. After trying out several standing poses and finding some balance points, the final result of this Cosplay photography session turned out even better than expected.
