[Denia Cosplay] Malymoon's Pink and White Outfit Is Truly Amazing

For this Denia Cosplay, I chose this classic look from Malymoon. When I got the wig, I felt the hair gradient was handled very delicately, with a natural transition from light pink to pale blue. Paired with the black beast ears on top and the blue ring hair accessories, the overall color balance is excellent. I went for a softer look with the makeup; instead of intentionally elongating the eye makeup, I used light purple eyeshadow to smudge a sense of depth, paired with a pale pink lip glaze, attempting to recreate the character's sweet yet slightly cool temperament. What satisfied me the most was the fit of this outfit. The ruffles and pearl chains at the neckline are richly detailed, and the puff sleeves at the shoulders combined with the off-the-shoulder design highlight the collarbones without making the shoulders look wide. The pink ribbons and metallic peach-heart pendant add layers. When choosing Anime cosplay outfits, everyone often struggles with fabrics, but this set uses a mix of relatively stiff lace and chiffon, so the fluffiness holds up well and keeps the shape from collapsing during photoshoots. For the lighting, I specially adjusted a purple-toned fill light to blend with the gaming ambient light in the room. You can also see the gaming chair and figurines in the background. Merging this Casual cosplay everyday scene with the character's outfit actually creates a vivid sense of breaking the fourth wall. As for the pose, to match this light Sweet style cosplay, I didn't strike overly rigid movements but instead tilted my shoulders slightly with a focused gaze, making the composition more eye-catching. In final editing, I preserved some skin textures without over-smoothing. The color accuracy of the raw photo was actually good enough, so slightly enhancing the highlights was enough to emphasize the metallic luster of the accessories. The whole process from makeup trial to shooting took about three hours, but the satisfaction of accurately recreating my favorite character look every time is beyond words.
