[Vivian Cosplay] Pledge to Lord Phaethon: First Cosplay Fitting Experience

Wishing upon the CYY lucky bag came true, and the upper body effect of this outfit far exceeded expectations. When opening the box, I was a bit apprehensive about the scattered accessories and complex structure, but once put on, all the deconstructed elements fell into place. The most eye-catching part of this costume is the neckline design: a light gray-white high collar tightly wraps around the neck, while the dark blue bowtie with a diamond-shaped metal buckle in front, paired with a layer of light purple tulle dangling below, securely locks in the upper body's visual focus. What impressed me deeply were those wide flared sleeves. The white fabric has a slight sheen, and moving down the arm, a row of silver round metal buttons along the side serves as a finishing touch. The pleats at the cuffs are exceptionally wide and distinctly layered; with every hand movement or step, the sleeves unfold into a beautiful fan shape. Each time I wear it, I need to spend a little time adjusting the pleat directions to ensure they maintain the correct outward-spreading angle, capturing that opened fluffy effect before the camera.

To ensure a sharp techwear feel on the upper body, adding a black wide corset was key. As a highly complex set, it tests both the wearer's posture and the camera angles during shooting. To avoid going OOC (out of character), I carefully paid attention to component placements during the fitting, such as whether the bowtie was straight and metal hooks were fastened properly. Lord Phaethon's prestige cannot be compromised; the costume design is hardcore enough that even simple standing poses hold sufficient visual tension. After the fitting session, I carefully folded those heavy metal attachments and wide sleeves back into the bag.
