Pre-production for this Asuma Toki Bunny girl custom design took considerable time, from initial outfit sourcing to the final shoot. The moment I saw this blue-and-white palette, it felt remarkably aligned with Toki's composed demeanor and subtle gap-moe charm. The color-blocked blue-and-white jacket paired with a keyhole chest cutout, alongside white leather harness straps and metal buckles, struck an ideal balance between medical aesthetic and bunny suit flair. To complement the outfit, I opted for white fingerless gloves and over-the-knee Stockings; the leg strap details were indispensable, which, grounded by white high heels, sharply accentuated my lower-body lines.

For hair and makeup, long straight blonde hair with blunt bangs was standard to stay faithful to the character, accompanied by striking blue contact lenses. During the shoot, her floating dark-blue halo prop piece was a primary focus, requiring careful angle adjustments under studio strobes to look seamlessly integrated. For props, I prepared a needleless syringe and a stethoscope, instantly cultivating an authentic on-duty medical ward atmosphere once held in hand.

Collaborating with photographer Xiong Du Xia Shan, we scouted a modern kitchen studio fitted with white cabinetry and bar stools. Since the wardrobe featured light, cool tones, an overly cluttered background would create visual noise; this clean, luminous interior kept the subject prominently centered. For lighting, we utilized soft key illumination paired with bounce reflectors to fill shadows, lending skin a translucent glow while crisply capturing the ruffles and lace accents of the garment.

In terms of pose design, I aimed to convey Toki's characteristic straight-faced yet dutiful commitment when executing tasks. When seated on the bar stool, keeping the spine erect while crossing the legs visually elongated proportions, accentuating the over-the-knee socks and absolute territory. In the frames holding the syringe, my gaze met the lens directly with a touch of scrutiny blended with disciplined compliance. The photographer consistently guided my angles—especially in the reclining side pose, where maximizing bodily curves and leg extension had to harmonize with balanced facial lighting and composed expressions.

Although this custom design diverged significantly from her canon combat gear, I preserved Toki's core traits, such as intense focus in the gaze and decisive, crisp movement. Transitioning across kneeling, side-lying, and seated postures was physically demanding. To avoid visual stiffness, I sprinkled in subtle gestures like small waves and peace signs, injecting a spark of lively charm so the mood wouldn't feel overly aloof.

The final frames proved deeply rewarding: the blue-and-white scheme looked pristine within the airy, bright set. Bypassing heavy color grading filters preserved authentic fabric textures and genuine skin grain. I hope this custom interpretation of Toki offers everyone a refreshing visual experience; I thoroughly enjoyed fusing this costume concept with her persona, and look forward to exploring even more diverse sides of Toki in the future.
