This time I'm challenging the highly popular Kamisato Ayaka "Confession Overture" May Day version from Genshin Impact. As a fan of Ayaka, I have always longed for this ceremonial outfit. In the preparation process, I focused most on the restoration of the costume's material, especially the semi-transparent texture of the skirt, which must present a visual effect as light as snowflakes under natural light and shadow. To match this "Confession" themed outfit, I also made many detailed adjustments to the makeup, striving to emphasize the reserved gentleness within the character's cold temperament. The shoot was selected in an outdoor venue with classical architectural elements; such a background and environment atmosphere fit Ayaka's identity setting very well, and can well set off a tranquil atmosphere suitable for this Outdoor photography session. During the posing process, I kept trying to fathom her delicate emotional changes inside; every focus of the eyes and the arc of the fingers, I hoped to convey that faint flutter and deep confession. To make the final product even better, I also repeatedly fine-tuned the shooting angle in the changes of light and shadow, capturing the most moving moments of expression. I hope that through this set of works, everyone can feel the romance belonging to Inazuma, and also hope to perfectly restore that heart-fluttering Lady Kamisato when cherry blossoms are in full bloom.
