On the first day of Hangzhou China International Cartoon and Animation Festival, I navigated the exhibition halls alone as Columbina. This set of angel wings paired with the elegant blue and white skirt hem was indeed very eye-catching in the crowd, but in my heart, I was silently cheering myself on. As a heavy introvert, I still felt a little nervous facing the camera and the gazes of passersby. Fortunately, with the guidance of photographers Chen Xiaohan and Nan Jiu, the sets of photos turned out much more relaxed than expected.

This cosplay costume put a lot of thought into the details—the layered feathers of the headpiece, the lace-up design at the neckline, and the white ribbons on the arms all restored the textures from the game as much as possible. Although the large angel wings take up a lot of space, when the exhibition hall lights hit them, the texture and translucent feel of the feathers turned out surprisingly well. The benefit of visiting the convention alone is that I can stop and rest at any time to adjust the wig and accessories without worrying about slowing down a companion's schedule.

We didn't arrange too many complex poses this time, mainly relying on gaze and posture to convey the character's ethereal vibe. The lighting at the convention venue fluctuates constantly, and wanting to shoot a clean and translucent effect truly tests the photographer's on-site control. Huge thanks to the two masters for their patient snapshots, giving this slightly awkward little dove a few presentable convention photos. I hope that every time I cosplay in the future, I can gradually overcome my inner social anxiety like this time and enjoy the momentary freedom brought by the character.
