Today, I test-fitted this Columbina ensemble from Manjiong, and putting it on truly required a great deal of patience. The semi-translucent gossamer tulle draped across the shoulders and arms, in particular, had to be smoothed out layer by layer to avoid bunching up awkwardly into bulky folds. Then came the criss-cross strapping along the legs and ankles: I spent ages dialing in the tension to ensure it clung flush against my silhouette without pinching into the skin. The wig's pastel pink-and-violet streak highlights demanded a seamless gradient into the jet-black hair, while the ash-white winged crest ornaments atop the crown required multiple bobby pins to achieve that weightless, feather-light presence.

With the Mid-Autumn Festival upon us, even though Columbina is a Genshin Impact character shrouded in an enigmatic and detached chill, I felt she could reveal a touch of human warmth for this special occasion. I kept the makeup dewy and breathable without heavy eyeshadow, relying primarily on strategic highlighter to sculpt facial planes cleanly.
