[Columbina Cosplay] The dreamlike girl in Genshin Impact, capturing that agile light and shadow

For this Columbina Cosplay, my main goal was to restore that agile and Girlish vibe. To accurately capture the character's charm, I chose some white-blue fabrics with special sequins for the design and material of the costume, so that the clothes could produce very rich layers and luster during the flow of light and shadow. At the shooting site, I paid special attention to the delicacy of the movements, not only considering static poses but also integrating the flow of emotions within the character's background, striving to show a texture of innocence mixed with firm strength.

In terms of makeup and styling, I also put a lot of effort into it. Especially the treatment of hair color, blending deep purple with bright red in a gradient, not only for visual impact but also to better echo the character's overall color aesthetics. Combined with exquisite accessories, the whole look has a great texture under the lens. For this Anime-style photography, I have been repeatedly communicating with the photographer about the use of light and shadow, striving to extract visual focus as brilliant as fireflies from complex backgrounds, allowing the picture to present an ethereal artistic beauty.

The entire creative process was very interesting. From the initial manuscript selection to the final post-editing, a lot of energy was invested in every link. For me, Cosplay is not just putting on a beautiful set of clothes, but a deep empathy for the character and a pursuit of aesthetics. Being able to transform the imagination in my heart into real works through the lens brings a huge sense of achievement.
