Fleshing out Komeiji Koishi's styling took immense dedication. Starting with the mint-green wig, I trimmed and styled it repeatedly to achieve an organic, buoyant volume with just a touch of unkempt texture, eliminating blunt cutting lines. The eye makeup served as the focal point: to capture that ethereal, slightly uncanny translucency, I wore light-green contact lenses, blending generous sweeps of rose and crimson eyeshadow around the periorbital area while dropping the lower lash line to visually expand the eyes. The porcelain base was kept impeccably clean with soft blush swept across the cheeks, pursuing the delicate aesthetic of an ornate bisque doll. The vintage Lolita ensemble is richly tiered: the cream-yellow blouse is spliced with a deep forest-green collar, accented by intricate black lace ruffles along the flared trumpet sleeves. The skirt cascades in overlapping pleats of dark green and black lace, swirling with dynamic kinetic energy as I move. To complement the outfit, I paired black strapped platform Mary Janes with black lace socks, referencing the classic aesthetic of Black stockings. For props, beyond the short dagger entwined with blue roses and tangled thorny vines, I held a plush accessory spliced in purple and yellow, injecting a playful, capricious touch. We chose a tree-lined avenue inside a public park, where sunlight filtering through the canopy dappled across a gray stone bench with gorgeous chiaroscuro. To channel Koishi's signature unconscious wandering, I explored varied seated postures—sometimes crossing my legs, sometimes perching barefoot directly onto the stone bench. Draping the black lace socks across the bench backrest created a candid yet visually striking composition. Aiming the dagger directly into the lens demanded a crystal-clear, guileless gaze. Shooting this look outdoors was genuinely taxing, requiring constant smoothing of the delicate lace frills and wig strands. The roses and vines on the prop dagger were fragile, easily shedding with larger movements, so I kept gluing them back during breaks. Embodying that 'unconscious' trance meant softening my focus while maintaining quiet intensity, clearing all stray thoughts. Gentle breezes occasionally ruffled my hair, adding lively spontaneity. Standing barefoot against the chilly stone slab was cold, but achieving that whimsical, faintly enigmatic allure made every sacrifice worthwhile; seeing the final interplay of light, shadow, and cascading lace brought pure creative fulfillment.
