[Lancer Artoria Alter Cosplay] Fate/Grand Order Bunny Girl Outfit and Mysterious Card Game

Lancer Artoria Alter's Bunny girl cosplay look with this blue-purple outfit fits the character surprisingly well. I specifically chose a clean and sleek white background for this Cosplay photography shoot to maximize the focus on the costume's silhouette and details without interference from a complex setting.

The tailoring of this outfit is very refined, especially the high-cut design paired with Black fishnet stockings, which nicely accentuates body proportions. To complement her mysterious aura, I used three face-down cards as props for this shot. The cards in hand were chosen with colorful patterns to create a nice color contrast against the purple and black outfit.

The makeup wasn't too heavy this time, placing more emphasis on eyeshadow blending and false eyelash application to capture that slightly nonchalant yet confident gaze. The photographer set up the lighting very evenly, perfectly capturing the glossy sheen of the patent leather heels. When this photo was taken, I was holding a squatting pose while adjusting my center of gravity. It actually tested my balance quite a bit, especially maintaining this angle in high heels while letting the leg lines form layers between the fishnets and glossy leather surface. The purple fluffy cuffs on my arms add a touch of dynamic movement to the frame, creating a wonderful material contrast against the smooth patent leather and fabric.

Looking at the character setting itself, Lancer Artoria Alter possesses a unique gap-moe contrast, and the bunny outfit amplifies that enchanting sense of danger. I really hoped my eye expression in this shoot would match the tone of the original character. The final photos didn't undergo heavy post-processing color grading; the goal was mainly to maintain a clean, crisp, and transparent look, keeping the visual expression direct without excessive retouching.

Communication with photographer @砂塵 during the shoot was very smooth. We adjusted the card holding pose, fingertip curves, and line of sight several times before settling on this final shot. The black bar at the bottom of the photo was indeed added in post-production; although it cuts off the downward extension of the legs, it leaves behind a sense of mystery and a distinct compositional mark.

As Lancer Artoria Alter in a bunny suit, her aura naturally shouldn't be overly sweet. Her expression and posture ought to carry a sense of coolness and detachment—sexy in attire, yet maintaining a dignified distance, which was the core element I tried hard to capture in this shoot. We took quite a few shots for this set, but ultimately selected this one because of its strong eye contact. Overall, doing Cosplay photography on a plain-colored backdrop really tests the mastery over light, shadow, and expression; thankfully, the final output quality met my expectations.

From styling and makeup to action design, this whole process took a lot of effort, including finding ways to firmly fix the bunny ears to my head and ensuring the cards wouldn't slip from my fingertips. But being able to earnestly portray another side of this Fate/Grand Order character made the entire experience immensely rewarding.
