Let's dive straight into the topic of this shoot. When preparing for this Azur Lane Janus Bunny girl cosplay, the team focused heavily on how to restore the character's playful charm and the visual tension of a bar style within a limited space.

Regarding hair and makeup, to fit this shipgirl's character setting, we selected a light blue wig with a very translucent color. The hair focus was on braiding a thick, long braid on the side (Blue braids), which required repeated adjustments to the hairline transition to ensure naturalness. The outfit setup is a classic bunny girl outfit: white bunny ears and a black bowtie collar create a sharp visual contrast, while white gloves paired with black pantyhose tights contour the overall silhouette smoothly.

Thus, in controlling eye contact and facial expressions, we avoided overly exaggerated emotions, maintaining a quiet, faint focus and subtle smile instead. Although the costume accessories are intricate, smooth team coordination during actual shooting allowed seamless action transitions without any outfit failures or loose wig accidents.

The original intent of shooting this theme was the hope of combining core character traits with daily offline prop sets, letting virtual characters appear in fans' vision in a real, tangible manner. Every detail of this makeup, styling, and scene layout offers visual feedback worth savoring. Whether reshaping character temperament from original lore or immersively utilizing space and environment, both became indelible parts of this work. Much effort was spent balancing lighting and color—warm top lights contrasted strongly with dark background areas. When adding facial fill light, we avoided heavy makeup looks by selecting a matte finish foundation to suit warm light sources. Meanwhile, a key difficulty encountered was positioning smoke effects, which required masking in post to fit hips and waist seamlessly, achieving coverage without looking abrupt. Throughout the creation cycle—from makeup and set building to final shooting—several hours were spent, with all participants driven by passion for this hobby, striving to handle every tiny detail. The placement of prop bills and chips was fine-tuned multiple times to appear casually scattered without stealing the spotlight. Before every shutter click, we checked the subject's framing to ensure centered composition and avoid edge cutoffs. These seemingly tedious details ultimately built the visual baseline of the entire photograph.
