This maid look for Cinderella from Goddess of Victory: Nikke was an in-depth creative test for me during the Firefly ACG Expo. From wig styling to putting on the costume, every step demanded high fidelity and meticulous control over details. The silver-white twin-tails paired with bright red contact lenses infused the overall styling with the character's signature cool elegance, while in sharp contrast stood this blue-and-white color-blocked maid dress, looking remarkably exquisite and sweet.

Special thanks to photographer chubby.fat-肥肥 for their professional candid shots during this shoot. In the complex lighting and venue environment of Firefly ACG Expo, capturing such clean, luminous, and slightly dreamy results on camera really tested both the photographer's lighting skills and the model's coordination. Because this dress has multiple structural layers—with translucent sheer tulle splicing on the upper bodice and criss-cross black lacing on the waist to accentuate the cinched effect—I consciously adjusted my center of gravity, lifting my chest slightly while keeping my posture tight to best display the garment's tailored texture and body contours.

The combination of the character's white thigh-highs outfit and black high-heeled Mary Janes is the soul of this look, beautifully flattering the leg lines. When shooting those seated shots lifting the skirt, I deliberately lifted a corner of the hem lightly, utilizing the sheer light blue tulle underneath to add visual translucency. The white opera gloves echoed the black bows on the arms, forming a lovely color contrast against the white background during raised-hand poses or interactive gestures. I also paid special attention to the small badge inscribed with "CINDERELLA" on the waist, ensuring its angle stayed straight as an essential styling detail.

During the convention shoot that day, given the heavy foot traffic and the multi-layered skirt, I spent a lot of time in the dressing room tidying up repeatedly to keep the wig neat and prevent the hem from dragging on the floor. Putting on and taking off this outfit also required some finesse, as the delicate translucent fabric paired with internal structural supports needed extra care. When I finally stood before the blue-and-white floral set, I hoped to convey the unique aura of her line, "Are you the one who awakened me?" through subtle body language and eye contact, fully immersing myself in the world of Goddess of Victory: Nikke.

Cosplay is far more than just slipping into a costume and taking a few photos; it is a reshaping of a character's persona. Through this share, I hope everyone can see my dedication and professionalism at the convention. This photo set records the fruitful results of stepping out of my comfort zone to try this intricate maid outfit cosplay, preserving joyful memories of working hard together with the team.
