Putting on this specially made white racing suit outfit and straddling this motorcycle covered in exclusive decals, it feels as if I am genuinely standing before the racetrack's starting line at this very moment. This time, I am presenting Hatsune Miku's 2022 racing look, visually reinforcing the functional and sharp feel of motorsport. The white jacket and black high-elastic tights form a classic black and white contrast, which, paired with the cyan-blue wig echoing the motorcycle's own decals, creates a highly layered color scheme.

Before officially starting the shoot, a long time was spent adjusting the hair and makeup. Because racing looks lean toward being sharp and clean, the wig's twintails selected a curved design, paired with hair accessories shaped like animal ears, adding a touch of playfulness in front of the heavy motorcycle. Since the motorcycle prop is massive, the photographer and retoucher made many plans regarding lighting and camera positions, hoping to restore the light and shadow texture of a real racetrack. Posing required repeatedly adjusting the seated posture, even lifting a leg high to step on the front of the bike to capture the optimal dynamic feel; the physical consumption was actually larger than expected, but seeing the final photos made me feel all the effort was totally worth it.

The real motorcycle photography props in this set of photos are covered with intricate sponsor logos and chibi character wraps, showing excellent paint texture under the studio lights. We integrated elements of racing competition into the shooting process; whether exhibiting a cold and focused demeanor before the lens or sitting casually beside the motorcycle, we hoped to deliver the composure of a racer beyond speed and passion. The overall post-processing selected a cool-toned atmosphere, making that classic cyan color stand out exceptionally against the dark background.

The image of Racing Miku is not just a symbol in the 2D world, but an extension of real-track racing culture. Presenting this character well is not just about putting on clothes; more importantly, it is about grasping that competitive state of 'ready to go at any moment.' In the intervals between shooting, even if I was tired enough to sit on the ground, I would look for detailed adjustments in movements to let the frame present the innate heroic and cool charm of the character as much as possible. Wigs are prone to becoming messy after long hours of wearing, so special care was taken in managing the makeup and hair styling to ensure the state remained online throughout the shoot.

Every cosplay shoot is a completely new experience and challenge, and combining with a large object like a motorcycle to output photos requires a high level of fusion among the scene, props, and person. What I wanted to showcase in this set of images is not just the restoration of the character's outer appearance, but that atmosphere of remaining confident and powerful even when standing next to a mechanical behemoth. When viewing this set of pictures, everyone should also be able to feel the racing competition vibe blowing in your face. Behind every shutter press is the result of team coordination; from makeup and styling to photography and post-processing, everyone worked hard for a common visual effect.

Being able to pay tribute to the striving spirit on the track in such a way is a highly meaningful thing. These photos freeze static moments, but I think the moment I put on the racing suit and straddled the motorcycle, the state of mind extended infinitely forward. No need to pile up overly gorgeous words; just quietly looking at the person and motorcycle in the frame allows the phantom of the engine roaring on the track to surface in the heart.
