[Ramiel cosplay] Zenless Zone Zero: Dark Gothic Style, A Night Woven with Red Roses and Black stockings

Regarding this official Ramiel cosplay photoshoot set from Zenless Zone Zero (Remielle), I originally planned to wear the lace mask. However, once I actually put it on, the shape and proportions looked far too much like Mickey Mouse, completely ruining that dangerous and coolly glamorous aura. Ultimately, I decided to scrap that accessory. If any lore purists are bothered by this deviation, I sincerely apologize upfront—it was indeed OOC on my part.

Returning to the outfit itself, the black fitted corset top was quite stiff and structured, taking considerable time to adjust the back zipper and silver metallic buckles. The white pointed collar at the neckline paired with the black tie created an alluring tension between ascetic restraint and danger, and I specifically hunted down that star-shaped brooch at the collar. The sheer translucent long sleeves draped over my arms, revealing skin and creating a tactile contrast against the fitted black fabric, before flaring into bell cuffs. The leather harness straps and sleeve bands along the arms injected a combat-ready edge that suits the character setting well. To complement the overall dark gothic aesthetic, I wore sheer Black stockings adorned with black ribbon bows and rhinestone accents. These stockings snag extremely easily, so I had to move with utmost care during shooting for fear of tearing them. With black nail polish on my toes, I went barefoot, stepping directly onto the clear plastic film spread across the floor; that chilly tactile sensation actually made my expressions look more natural.

The shoot location was staged with a massive red velvet curtain whose heavy cascading folds provided dramatic tension. The floor was carpeted with red rose petals, complemented by a vintage gilded frame and a black metal birdcage as props. Holding the ornate golden frame or sitting beside the birdcage, I tried using the props to enrich the visual narrative. The pink wig with blunt bangs was topped with black-and-red ribbon bows, while the makeup deliberately accentuated cool-toned eyeshadow and crimson lips. To showcase the sheer texture of the Black stockings and the leg contours, the photographer guided me through varied poses—lying sideways, sitting cross-legged, and stretching out. The Black stockings offered a striking visual impact against the red backdrop and rose petals in this Anime cosplay.

Throughout the shoot, the lighting angles dictated the sheen of the stockings and the depth of the shadows, and the gaffer spent a long time fine-tuning everything. As a cosplayer, it's not just about replicating appearance, but conveying underlying emotions. Even though the mask was omitted, I poured immense effort into my gaze and posture to capture that dangerous yet captivating presence. From discussing fabric textures to makeup longevity and prop angles, so much thought went into every detail. I hope this work lets everyone feel the unique charm of the character.
