This set of Reze photos was shot on a quiet outdoor stairway flanked by lush greenery. The dapples of sunlight filtering through the blue metal frame overhead created a subtle contrast with the monochrome uniform. Once I put on the deep purple wig, the ruffled-collar white blouse, the black pinafore dress, tied the black ribbon bow, and slipped into the choker and over-the-knee Stockings, Reze's signature cool detachment immediately surfaced. The outfit is neatly tailored; we spent considerable time discussing camera placements beforehand, trying frontal, profile, and low angles from beneath the stairs to showcase clean lines without stiffness, keeping body movements natural and relaxed in the final frames.

Capturing Reze's emotional state was quite challenging. She carries a paradoxical charm—the destructive lethality of the Bomb Devil intertwined with a deep longing for an ordinary life. For the shots holding the small white daisy, I deliberately avoided exaggerated expressions, choosing instead to stand quietly or cradle the bloom against my chest. Recalling the line, 'The country mouse and the city mouse... which one do you prefer?', channeling a hint of tentative inquiry and quiet anticipation made everything click into place. Her confession to Denji, 'You're the first person I've met who's this interesting,' and her plea, 'Run away with me... please,' were the rawest struggles of her soul. She didn't want him chasing devils, quipping, 'Skipping school to become a Devil Hunter? You're such a freak.' That eccentric care is precisely what makes her so captivating.

To recreate that fragile yet resilient atmosphere, I explored numerous poses on the steps: fingertips grazing the ends of my hair or resting lightly beneath my chin, highlighting the choker and delicate collar details. In full-body shots along the stairway, pairing black Stockings with leather shoes elongated proportions, while the foliage and shadowy stairs in the background fostered a secretive aura lingering in the dark. A few high-angle perspectives required strong core stability on the inclined steps, yet delivered striking visual tension. Between takes, I joked that this tailored uniform demanded careful breath control, as any awkward posture would look stiff on camera.

Her remark, 'You look just like... my dead dog,' carries dark humor and slight irreverence, yet serves as her habitual facade. Shooting this set was an ongoing journey into her inner world. Remembering her eventual revelation, 'Denji... actually, I've never been to school either,' that unguarded vulnerability allowed me to relax before the lens and dissolve into the setting. When the wind rustled the leaves and dappled light flickered across my face, for a fleeting moment I escaped reality, feeling not like a cosplayer on a shoot, but truly like that girl lingering on the stairs, waiting for an answer.
