Trying on this Sanfen Rem cosplay Maid outfit, here is a quick share of my overall fitting impressions. When I first received this costume, my initial reaction was that the fabric was much more substantial than expected. The subtle jacquard details are handled exceptionally well; under indoor lighting, they do not clash on camera at all, instead adding a rich texture that looks far more exquisite than ordinary plain black-and-white fabric. The overall fidelity to the original design is high, especially the ruffle details on the chest and skirt hem, which provide a great sense of layering.
After putting it on, the silhouette is truly incredible and fits the body beautifully. The puffiness of the skirt is just right—neither looking overly bulky nor losing any cuteness. The texture of the White stockings is also my preferred kind: moderately elastic without digging into the skin, and the ribbon bows on the leg straps are finely detailed, making the photos look stunning.
Since I took three mirror selfies, I wanted to showcase various angles of this outfit as much as possible. The first upright composition is well-balanced, clearly showing the overall proportions, White stockings, and calf lines; the second pose, turning sideways and lifting the skirt hem, better demonstrates the skirt's volume and side silhouette; the third pose, slightly bending one knee, visually elongates the legs and adds dynamic energy. Ultimately, I chose the first photo as the cover because the centered composition displays the cut more completely and easily catches the initial visual focus.
The try-on process went smoother than expected. The blue of the hair looks very accurate under natural light and was easy to style, with the bangs falling right into place. The heel height of the Mary Janes is moderate, so standing for a long time didn't strain my feet. Overall, this Sanfen set offers great value for money—both in craftsmanship details and fidelity to the original design, it left me very satisfied. As a regular cosplay try-on, I'm sharing it with fellow fans who also love this outfit; the final look is very cute, and the silhouette definitely did not disappoint.
