The inspiration for this shoot comes from a classic scene in the Chainsaw Man Reze Arc, merging the campus, flowers, and a sense of brokenness together. To achieve this Anime recreation of that detached yet dangerous aura, we specially looked for a classroom piled with old school desks, arranging the chairs to create a chaotic sense of daily life. For the costume, a white shirt, black tie, and black short skirt paired with over-the-knee socks were chosen, which is Reze's iconic student attire for this Manga adaptation cosplay. In post-processing, a red-and-blue chromatic aberration effect was applied, intensifying the illusory, anxious visual tension of the frame. In terms of props, a large bouquet of daisies and a handmade decapitation special effect, along with rat models on the floor, were all used to echo that absurd yet cruel romance found in the original work. The photographer's lighting orchestration was incredibly clean, and the grayish-white tone made the subject stand out more. The challenge of this photoshoot lay in controlling body language—needing to express the character's lazy, casual state while simultaneously transmitting a signal of danger. Ultimately, this final set that best fits the vibe was selected from dozens of raw frames.
