I completed this set of Tsushima Yoshiko cosplay photos from YOHANE THE PARHELION -SUNSHINE in the MIRROR- at Qiufeng Reservoir in Chaonan District, capturing the character everyone knows as Fallen Angel Yohane. This outdoor location by the reservoir, with its wide open water and blue sky, perfectly matches the atmosphere of the Fallen Angel wandering on the boundary between reality and fantasy. To recreate the character's "chuunibyou yet cute" temperament, the makeup specially enhanced the vividness of the eyes, and the gradient blue of the wig shows a very clear texture under natural light. In terms of costume, the focus was on restoring the iconic mask on the chest and the bow decoration at the waist, while the layers of the skirt hem and the details of the boots were also matched as closely as possible.
During the shoot, we tried several different interactive vibes, such as leaning against the netting looking into the distance, or holding up a phone to mimic taking a selfie, hoping to present the character's slightly tsundere yet attention-seeking personality. Although it was quite tiring to change poses and touch up makeup repeatedly under the sun, seeing how the light and shadow in the final photos hits the character and presents her temperament—standing right between darkness and light—made it all feel worthwhile.
