The challenge of shooting this photo set was far more complex than just tossing ribbons. At that moment, my mind was entirely consumed with keeping the ribbons in a graceful arc while balancing steadily en pointe in my Pointe shoes, so I completely lost track of how my arms were positioned. Looking back, my hand movements were indeed a bit stiff, but thankfully the photographer, Huanyuanji, captured an overall balanced posture. Although this Garden Angel white tulle dress looks light and ethereal, maintaining the dimensional layering of the skirt while wearing it is an art in itself; before shooting, I repeatedly smoothed out the lace trims and bows, afraid that any large movement would throw everything into disarray. To complement the dark background, the lighting technician set up strong cool-toned lights, which beautifully highlighted the translucent texture of the dress and the lines of my legs. Standing in Pointe shoes is far from comfortable; my toes and insteps endured immense pressure. Especially to hold those single-leg standing poses, my core had to remain engaged at all times, leaving my whole body trembling. Even though this Ballet style cosplay look places extreme demands on body control—almost to the point of self-torment—seeing the translucent atmosphere and the graceful arcs of the ribbons floating in the air in the final shots made all the effort feel worthwhile. Because the skirt is relatively short, I wore thick white Stockings on my legs, which, paired with the blue ribbons at my ankles, perfectly matched the ethereal, fairy-like aesthetic of this outfit. The entire shooting process was spent constantly testing poses and finding balance. Thanks to the photographer's patient guidance, the overall style captured the elegance of a ballet dancer while retaining playful, cute cat-girl traits. Although it didn't completely achieve a flawless posture in the end, this touch of imperfect authenticity beautifully preserved all the hardships and fun from that day of shooting.
