[Asuna cosplay] Blue Archive Tactical Bunny Girl, Ethereal Blonde Hair and Equipment Showcase

The convention photos of this Asuna Bunny girl cosplay are finally sorted out. The glossy light-blue high-cut bodysuit fits the character design perfectly, paired with white gloves, white high heels, and her iconic long blonde ponytail. When making this prop rifle, the color scheme was carefully considered; we ultimately went with a black-white-blue contrast, which effectively balances the overall visuals when held. The pillars and reflective floor inside the venue provided excellent refraction effects for the shoot.

The focus this time was to restore the character's iconic hair color and lively expressions. To keep the long blonde ponytail fluffy and smooth, I specially re-styled the wig before the shoot, ensuring the hair roots fit the head shape naturally and avoiding any obvious fake wig look.

As convention photos, stamina and posture control were two major challenges. During the shoot, I tried actions like looking back while holding the rifle, a front-facing ready stance, and standing on one leg. That one-legged action looks simple, but it actually heavily tests core strength—maintaining balance on white leather shoes while keeping the correct angle of the rifle. To capture the right reflections and expressions, the photographer repeatedly adjusted the lighting positions. Thanks to the fill lights on site, the glossy texture of the outfit was beautifully manifested.

This outfit sets certain restrictions on body movement when walking, especially around the shoulder straps which easily slip, so I prepared safety pins and double-sided tape for fastening to ensure the character modeling wouldn't lose its shape in front of the lens. The cooperation with my partner during the shoot was highly tacit, and I adjusted my gaze and the curve of my smile as much as possible according to the character's personality, trying to display that cute yet battle-ready state.

From wig trimming and outfit coordination to prop debugging, a lot of thought went into the overall preparation process for this look. I hope these convention photos can convey the innate energy that this character possesses. Being able to completely recreate a favorite character and leave a photographic record is truly a wonderful experience for Anime cosplay and convention photography.
