Slipping into the pastel pink twin-tail wig and pink lenses, I carefully checked that the black cat ears and wings on both sides were aligned symmetrically. This shoot captured a pajama set for Shimoe Koharu from Blue Archive in a tatami room, so I specifically selected an oversized off-the-shoulder black sweatshirt paired with bright pink shorts, alongside essential White tights cosplay to effortlessly convey a relaxed Japanese-style home feeling.

Before shooting, I adjusted my makeup to match this styling. The character blends softness with a mischievous, slightly calculating side; thus, I focused on pink-toned eye shadow, defined the outer corners with deep pink eyeliner, and brushed blush slightly higher. Paired with an inherently languid gaze, I aimed to recreate her lazy yet playful demeanor. Coordinating with the photographer, we utilized ambient room light combined with a warm yellow desk lamp as primary keys, imparting a luminous, translucent look to the skin while contrasting against the cool black wings and fabric for a refined, everyday texture.

The initial set of poses took place by the bed: cross-legged on the floor holding the strawberry cake, resting the plate gently with an absentminded gaze. I also lifted the cake toward the lens, tapping my chin to evoke thoughtful daydreaming. Moving onto the bed against the blue duvet, I held the red prohibition sign, leaning forward slightly while pointing a forefinger at the camera to inject direct, playful interaction.

Using the red 'only you' book prop was a favorite moment, instantly visualizing her little devilish side. Concealing half my face behind the cover while letting my eyes peek out over the edge, or flicking the cover open with one finger beside the prohibition sign, brought the set's atmosphere to life. In the mirror shot, sitting sideways on the tatami captured the back wings, tail, and elongated lines of the White tights cosplay through the reflection. Exploring various postures—draping the sweatshirt off one shoulder to lengthen the limbs, propping my chin up on elbows while kicking up my legs, or reclining across the sheets—brought out her subtle curves while capturing Koharu's adorable, quietly scheming everyday essence in this immersive Roleplay showcase.
