Regarding this Wuthering Waves collaboration event at ChaoWanXingQiu, I put a lot of effort into the accuracy of this Chisa cosplay look. In terms of details, the black, red, and white color-themed maid outfit really complements the skin tone, and the multi-layered ruffles of the skirt hem combined with red wavy lines present a beautiful drape whether walking or sitting down. For the headpiece, cat ears with bells were specially selected, paired with an exaggerated bright red bowknot to keep the overall visual centerpiece in the head area, enhancing the character's playful impression. The mini plush doll held in hand is the finishing touch; just like the standee next to me, they are not only props but can also guide the camera to focus on the "mimicry" texture of this cosplay. During the shoot, the purple and white chessboard tile floor of the exhibition venue was intentionally chosen, along with a straw-woven futon cushion. This vibe, blending a bit of home style with fantasy, matches the character's inherent slightly tsundere temperament perfectly.

Often when cosplay is mentioned, the first things people think of are the colorful wigs and tedious accessories, but in fact, wearing the "soul" of the character is more important. The styling lines of the character Chisa are very crisp; she doesn't wear those complex and heavy ancient-style long robes, but rather a design leaning more toward a modern fairy tale style. Therefore, in terms of wearing experience, this outfit did not bring me too much of a physical burden, but instead allowed me to stretch out and showcase my leg lines beautifully. The combination of white stockings and glossy Mary Jane shoes adds a touch of just-right sweetness visually. For the action design, I didn't deliberately force very flamboyant poses, but chose a relatively natural and relaxed sitting posture, with my legs slightly crossed or naturally extended outward, which can both account for the completeness of the composition and preserve a touch of daily relaxation.

The collaboration scene this time was laid out with a great atmosphere, where the background screen not only features dial elements but the overall color tone is also relatively soft. During the shoot, I paid special attention to the position of the light sources, ensuring that both under backlighting or front-lighting, the small details on the clothing—such as the satin luster of the bowtie and the metal reflections of the bells—could be beautifully presented. For cosplay players, the process of restoring a character is inherently a ritualistic connection to the 2D world. Being able to freeze this state with real images within this offline space brings quite a sense of accomplishment. Finally, I hope this styling share can provide everyone with some fresh inspiration when looking for fan merchandise or doing offline photo check-ins. Selecting this front-perspective photo as the cover is meant to transmit the character's first-glance recognition and confidence, featuring no collages or large-area watermarks to strive for a clean and pure frame.
