When shooting this official JK uniform photoshoot for Chihaya Anon cosplay and Shiina Taki cosplay, I deliberately focused on capturing the natural interactive chemistry of their everyday moments together. For the outfits, we selected textured knit vests; the combination of navy blue and grey harmonized seamlessly with the black-and-white collared shirts and ties. The pleated skirts paired with over-the-knee Black stockings cosplay and white ankle socks visually elongated leg proportions during mirror shots. For hair and makeup, the bangs and sideburns of the pink wig were trimmed with care, while the dark long wig was styled for natural volume at the crown. Japanese-style large-diameter cosmetic contact lenses were chosen, and eye makeup emphasized deepening the contours to keep the gaze sharp and focused on camera.

The photo studio featured a vintage black carved mirror, where we repeatedly adjusted our standing positions and angles. The subtle gap between the stockings and the skirt hem played a pivotal role in accentuating leg lines; these mirror shots not only showcased our full-body coordination but also evoked a relaxed, everyday ambiance. The crouching pose was chosen to highlight the contours of the legs, while resting the chin in hand paired with framed glasses brought out a vivid personality contrast. My partner @ice沙 collaborated wonderfully; when leaning in close to form heart gestures or holding dessert cake cups, we rehearsed our positioning repeatedly to control the lighting. Since the studio's overhead lights were quite harsh, reflector boards were used from the side for fill light to minimize harsh facial shadows.

In post-processing, we avoided excessive skin smoothing to preserve the knit fabric textures and genuine skin quality, ensuring a more natural, realistic look. To find natural expressions during the shoot, we experimented extensively with front-camera selfie perspectives, embracing this casual, slice-of-life composition that fits the characters' daily routine so well. In doing this cosplay, what we truly wanted to convey was the authentic, relatable dynamic between the two characters within their setting. The styling, outfits, and blocking all aligned with their personalities. The entire shoot went smoothly, and the resulting photos achieved our vision, nicely documenting our creative reflections and thoughts during this project.
