This time I am doing Cirno from Touhou Project. The blue-themed small dress paired with lace and bowties manages to deliver the sweetness of the styling quite well. However, there is indeed a small regret: due to limited space at home, that iconic pair of ice crystal wings simply couldn't fit in the room. Therefore, I couldn't include the wings in the frame this time, and could only put extra effort into the accessories and wig to make up for it. The wig features a light blue gradient, the large bowtie on the head is quite full, and the layering and lace details of the skirt hem recreate the lightweight feel of the original setting as much as possible. White tights paired with small leather shoes make the overall proportions look fairly coordinated. During the shoot, I specially adjusted the light source to make the blue appear more translucent. Although the wings are missing, it still looks quite vibrant in the photos. For cosplay, encountering this kind of objective limitation during a shoot is quite common—either the props are incomplete or the venue isn't big enough. However, as long as you can grasp the core characteristics of the character, such as the color scheme, hairstyle, and iconic accessories, the overall temperament can still be conveyed. This time, I shot two pictures with different standing poses. The first one features hands on the waist with a touch of tsundere, while the second one is a bit more lively. I chose the second one as the cover because the composition is more centered and the skirt spreads out better. Costumes from the Touhou series actually involve a lot of details, requiring patience from the neckline to the sleeves, making this an enjoyable attempt at Anime-style fashion as a Blue-haired girl.
