The core concept for this shoot was to merge the cold, inorganic server room setting with an inorganic Angelic presence. The white bandage wrappings and barefoot styling strongly accentuated a mechanical fragility, creating a sharp contrast against the dense network of black cables in the background. Before shooting, I consulted extensively with the photographer, deciding on dramatic high and low angles to mimic a machine perspective, striving to give the face an exquisite 3D model face look. Many retro monitors were arranged on set, with lighting driven primarily by red and blue warm-cool dual tones to highlight fair skin and the translucent texture of the costume. Stepping onto the glossy server room floor was freezing cold, requiring continuous adjustments to expressions and poses—often holding a single stance for extended periods to capture that inhuman, doll-like state.

The most intriguing part of the process was calibrating light intensity alongside the photographer. To achieve that red-blue dual lighting effect, we took numerous test shots on set until the atmospheric mood was dialed in just right. The layering of bandages around the upper body was also tricky: they needed to flatter body contours while maintaining layered wrapping depth. When the fan blew, the translucent skirt hem and hair strands fluttered, making capture timing crucial. The makeup intentionally emphasized reddish-pink eyeshadow against a pale skin texture, with false eyelashes elongating the eye shape to deliver an unreal CGI aesthetic. To express this hybrid state of mechanism and biology, body movements had to be restrained, avoiding casual, everyday expressions in favor of a vacant, bewildered gaze—especially when simulating immersion in data streams within the server room. Though fatigue set in toward the end, seeing the final images blending Cyberpunk style and Angel motifs made enduring the freezing floors and stiff cables entirely worthwhile.
